adequate stay NEAR the pedestrian zone
perfect location friendly staff nearby eatery broken rail temperature fluctuation hot tap
the location proved perfect, for my sightseeing. i appreciated all the eateries close by. the staff was VERY friendly.
My room six definitely needed some work doing in the bathroom. THE shower rail was broken. the shower itself fluctuated in temperature. i could not get the hot tap in the sink to actually run hot.

The location had various restaurants nearby. I found the room to be quite spacious. Tea and coffee facilities were also included, which I liked.
The room could use some work in the bathroom. I noticed the shower rail was broken. I also had trouble getting the hot tap in the sink to run hot.

friendly staff great location soft sheet narrow staircase
i found really kind staff. the location was close to the docks, what a plus! the room had soft sheets and felt very tidy. although the staircase was narrow, i managed fine with my suitcase.
the bathroom could use some updates because i think the facilities looked old and worn.

the hotel has a prime location near the docks, and it is within walking distance of many food options. convenience stores are nearby, so that was very useful. it is in a lively area!

the staff was very helpful, so i appreciated that a lot. the team provided lots of helpful information before i arrived. i felt very welcomed and they were kind and considerate throughout my stay.

there are many tv screens for sports. i liked that i could bring food to the café, so that was good! you can grab breakfast at a café across the street, it has a discount too.

the room included many different coffee bags, so i could make coffee with the water heater. my room was very very comfy and tidy. it had every comfort i needed and felt very quiet.
